You ll be joining a team that thrives in a highly collaborative and engaging environment, working three days onsite and two days from home. Workdays are filled with active chat group interactions, keeping you connected, tackling challenges together, and ensuring top-quality results. But it s not all about work you ll also have plenty of fun. Once a month, you ll join epic board game battles, video gaming sessions, or any other team activity you d like to suggest.

Your Mission:

• Ticket Management Own, update, and resolve support tickets efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Customer Support Pro Deliver top-notch service with a friendly, professional, and can-do attitude.
• Tech Troubleshooter Diagnose and solve complex IT issues with expertise and precision.
• Continuous Learning Expand your skills, share knowledge, and contribute to team growth.
• Performance Excellence Meet key performance goals and help maintain high service standards.

Your Skill Set:

• Great with People Friendly, approachable, and committed to excellent customer support.
• Microsoft Cloud Expertise Strong experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure.
• IT Security & Infrastructure Solid knowledge of Virtualisation, Networking, Firewalls, Cyber Security, Backup & Antivirus solutions.
