Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Alongside our client we are seeking a Chief Technology Officer on a hybrid basis. The clients office is based in Lichfield therefore frequent travel to the office will be needed on a weekly basis.

Seeking a highly driven, creative and hands on CTO to take full ownership of their technology strategy, delivery and team leadership. This is a hands on role due to the fact that they are looking for a builder, innovator and problem solver. Someone who will be central to delivering key projects such as:

• Building custom API integrations with platforms
• Developing and scaling high performance websites that help us recruit creators and drive subscriber traffic
• Implementing tech solutions to track, report and optimise sales performance, conversions and financial metrics

They are looking for someone who not only has the technical expertise, but can lead with empathy, energy and clear direction.

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

• Lead and scale the technology team
• Oversee the architecture, security and scalability for all of the client owned platforms
• Act as a project lead for all web funnels, internal tooling, API development and technical integrations
• Serve as a technical advisor to the founders and contribute to the strategic business decisions
• Working closely with the back end team to accelerate delivery of their proprietary data platform and creator analytics
• Stay ahead of tech trends, algorithm changes and growth hacking strategies
• Cultivate a positive engineering culture focused on mentorship, excellence and innovation

The successful person will:

• Be experienced in or not be phased by working in an adult entertainment industry
• Have a proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, head of engineering, lead architect)
• Lead by experience and have experience in leading a small to mid sized tech team - this team will be growing with your support
• Solve problems without issues, especially when it comes to working in industries with unique restrictions (adult, gambling etc )
• Be open minded and have a professional attitude towards working in the adult content and creator economy
• Work on site in the office 3-4 days per week with flexible hybrid working arrangements
