Job Title: Head of Systems & Technology

Location: UK wide - Fully remote with some occasionally onsite presence required

Salary: £62,000 - £76,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with the leadership team to shape and drive the successful delivery of organisation's three-year business plan.
• Lead and develop the Systems & Technology Team through the employee life cycle
• Develop with the Director of Finance, and implement a comprehensive Systems & Technology strategy aligned with the company's objectives
• Champion customer centric Systems & Technology services by developing and implementing Systems & Technology strategies and solutions that prioritise exceptional service delivery and meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee Systems & Technology operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Manage Systems & Technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards working closely with the relevant functions across the organisation
• Collaborate with departments to identify and address technology needs and supporting data team with appropriate technology and system solution
• Monitor emerging technologies to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation

Essential

• Proven experience and proficiency in Systems & Technology leadership in a complex geographically spread service organisation
• Strong understanding of Systems & Technology infrastructure, systems, and best practices
• Excellent project management and strategic planning experience
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
• Experience of budget management to ensure cost effective delivery of Systems & Technology solutions

Desirable

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies
• Professional certifications in IT management or related field
