Technical Architect

Enterprise Data Programme - CDP and CRM implementation

6-month initial contract
Umbrella rate up to 850 p/d
2 days a week onsite in Hampshire

We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the technical solution for a large-scale enterprise data transformation programme. This role will focus on the implementation of a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and CRM solution, requiring strong experience in data modelling, system integration, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the low-level design and technical architecture, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions.
  • Lead the integration strategy, enabling seamless data flow across multiple platforms and business functions.
  • Define and develop data models to support customer insights, analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a technical sounding board for professional service vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct peer reviews and validate technical solutions to ensure best practices in architecture and integration.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, supporting development teams with implementation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in enterprise data architecture and system integration.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and CRM solutions.
  • Proven ability to define and build data models that support analytics and business intelligence.
  • Background in large-scale environments with complex data ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor oversight experience.

Experience with the Adobe stack would be preferred, but not essential.
