The Junior Systems Engineer is responsible for deployment, configuration and maintenance of my clients systems. The role has a wider scope to assist with all server-related tasks company wide, and work with the lead system administrator and the software team on new solution designs. The role generally requires someone with a junior level technical implementation background in infrastructure with some experience of delivering technical solutions. PROFILE The role requires someone who is committed to quality, has a high attention to detail, works well with others and had a can-do attitude. The person will be dealing with problems at their own pace, as such it will need a good time-management skill. SKILLS Ideally you will be a 2nd jobber, or have outstanding academic Linux skills. You will have had exposure to most of the following at College, University, or your current role:
