Graphic Designer Oldham, OL4 5JL Full Time Salary depending on experience

Character Options Limited is part of The Character Group plc, an AIM-listed toy company. We design, develop, and distribute a wide range of licensed and non-licensed products, including Heroes of Goo Jit Zu, Teletubbies, Doctor Who, Ben & Holly, and more. With offices in the UK, Denmark, the US, and Asia, we are investing in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce division to drive online sales growth.

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Oldham. This is a great opportunity for a creative individual to take up a graphic design role within a small design team within the UK s largest toy manufacturer, working on some of the biggest brands in the industry.

Are you the right person for the job?

• 3 years + creative design experience - preferably with a variety of roles & responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of Apple Mac and Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Illustrator, In-design and Photoshop
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication and the ability to work under tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards.
• Adaptable and can work across multiple design projects whilst remaining flexible and keeping keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working on own brand and license brands and following guidelines whilst pushing the boundaries to achieve the best possible solution
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, consistently working hard and diligently.
• Adaptive to changing project requirements and open to incorporating feedback and suggestions from the brief allocated
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Positive and committed person who loves a varied working day and is involved in many different projects
• Being a good team player and working productively alongside the design manager and our small team of designers

What will your role look like?

• Developing graphic design for print, web, large scale exhibition graphics, brochures, signage, marketing campaigns and POS and other marketing collateral.
