Cloud Engineer and Infrastructure Engineer

Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer - Azure, VMWare

An insurance organisation based in London has a requirement for a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer, to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for maintaining both cloud and on premise infrastructure.

Key skills include:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (e.g., Engineering)
• 5+ years working experience of IT systems environments operating systems, networking, applications, platforms, and databases
• 3+ years hands-on working experience with cloud technologies including the architectural design and deployment of cloud solutions (e.g., AWS Well-Architected or equivalent)
• Hold certification for cloud solution architecture with one of the leading CSPs
• Working knowledge of cloud management platforms
• Familiarity with service design and pricing in the context of cloud-based solutioning
• Expert software development skills in either Python or Node.js / TypeScript
• Proficient with Kubernetes
