We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Lead to support my Client's growing global team. This UK-based role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive their mission forward.

Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and networking events

Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders

Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records

Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in the latest recruitment practices

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:

Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders

Previous experience in a high-growth, world-class startup environment

Familiarity with UK employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality

Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of recruitment projects and operations

it would be advantageous to have experience of recruiting within the security or technology sector and Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Job Offer
