Are you a data-driven CRM expert with a passion for customer engagement? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relations Manager to take full ownership of the CRM strategy for a growing business in the eCommerce industry. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you'll design and implement data-led campaigns to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
What You'll Be Doing: Develop & Own the customer engagement strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty programmes. Segment & Personalise customer journeys using RFM modelling & advanced data insights. Optimise & Automate campaigns to drive engagement, repeat purchases, and brand advocacy. Collaborate with Key Stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Branch Managers) to integrate CRM across the business. Utilise HubSpot to manage campaigns, reporting, and customer service interactions. Report on CRM Performance, using Power BI & DAX to provide data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For: Proven customer relationship management experience in eCommerce or B2B/D2C environments. Strong analytical mindset - ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Hands-on experience with HubSpot & automation tools. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Strong communication skills - able to present insights & influence stakeholders.
