Purchasing Administrator 26,000 per annum Hybrid working Medicash (includes healthcare, discounts and other benefits!) 22 days holiday + bank holidays
A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm (can be flexible for the right candidate) and paying 26,000 per annum depending on experience. This role offers hybrid working after a successful probation, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Working in a team of 6, key duties include but are not limited to:
Quoting and purchasing of hardware and software
Resolving issues with orders and dealing with customer queries.
Warehouse duties such as handling deliveries, collections and stock take.
Proactive hardware reporting and quoting for upgrades and following up on orders.
Maintaining the system with correct products, contacts, suppliers and clients.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Purchasing Administrator position:
Previous experience in purchasing and quoting
Excellent communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills essential
High attention to detail
Problem solving and process minded
Experience within the IT industry desirable but not essential.
