Solution Architect

Role: SC Solution Architect

Location: Hybrid with occasional client site visit in Newcastle upon Tyne

Day Rate: 550 per day inside IR35

Duration: 6 months

Our client, a leading consultancy is looking for a Security Cleared Solution Architect to work with their end customer to identify Operational Technology Infrastructure requirements, provide design consultation and solutioning for the proposed infrastructure. Including VMWare, NSX, Dell VxRail, and HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure). Technical consultation, capacity planning, licensing consultation are required to be covered as part of the design phase.

Resource must be Security cleared associate as we need to work in Operational Technology area.

The successful contractor will have the following:

• Good Communication skills including verbal, presentation, documentation to present Design in client workshops and confidence in providing consultation with domain knowledge.
• Demonstrable experience of consultation and solutioning in VMWare, NSX, Dell VxRail, and HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure).
• Deep technical knowledge of VMWare technologies.
• In-depth practical experience supporting Windows systems in an Operational Technology environment

Technical skills required

VMWare, Dell VxRail HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure), and NSX technologies

Proven experience in solutioning and consultation for VMWare, HCI, and NSX
