Scrum Master

One of banking clients if looking for Scrum Master for a long term contract

Role: Scrum Master

Rate: 450/day inside IR35

Location: London - onsite

Candidate's responsibilities:

• Coaching the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles and practices
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Delivery and Release management
• Collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments to improve its productivity
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that motivates and empowers team members to deliver their best work

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master, with excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and practices
• Excellent English communication skills, B2+ level is required
• Experience working in Investment Banking projects is preferred
• High level of responsibility and accuracy.
• Hands-on knowledge working with Data projects, Release management would be a big plus.
