Job Purpose As a Tech Lead, your role is to lead the Linux Infrastructure team, shaping the effectiveness of the day-to-day delivery and support processes, as well as providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Linux-based systems, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other teams to integrate Linux systems with existing infrastructure and emerging technologies. Your input will be crucial in driving forward initiatives to improve the self-service nature of our Linux estate. Overall, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Linux environment while driving innovation and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Strategy & Leadership
