Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Engineer with a strong technical background in the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of photocopier / printer machines such as Konika Minolta, Kyocera & Utax. In addition to technical duties, the engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service, including recommending and selling relevant products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up photocopier machines and related equipment at client sites.
• Attending call outs and collecting copy cost readings
• Perform regular servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service, technical support and after sales service
• Identify opportunities to sell products, guide customers to suitable solutions, provide quotations and costings
• Up sell and cross sell photocopier-related products
• Complete service reports, documenting work completed, parts used, and follow-up requirements.

This role will service clients across Dungannon / Omagh / Fermanagh / Armagh areas

Requirements:

• Technical ability - Installation, Repair & Maintenance of Equipment
• A background in engineering or a related field
• Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Full clean UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
