Interim Change Leader - £800 per day - 6-Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Financial Services

Are you an experienced Change Leader with a proven ability to work with executives in driving cross-organisational redesign and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM)? We are seeking an interim Change Leader to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership team to transform business operations and develop a unified strategy.

The Role:

• Lead the design and implementation of a new, unified Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Collaborate with executives and Managing Directors to align strategic plans and key dependencies.
• Take full ownership of the strategic plan, ensuring a cohesive and structured approach.
• Work across functions to drive change, improve efficiency, and enhance business performance.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with executives to lead cross-organisational redesign.
• Strong expertise in TOM implementation and strategic business transformation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business units.
• Financial Services will be requried

Contract Details:

• Location: North England (2-3 days on-site)
• Duration: 6 months
• Rate: £800 per day (Outside IR35)
• Start Date: Immediate
