We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who is currently working in an MSP environment, if that's you, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist with experience working in an MSP environment to join a well-established managed services provider (MSP) in Barnet. You ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier support and implementation services for a diverse range of clients. Please note, that it is essential that you are currently working for a Managed Service Provider.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide first-rate technical support, assisting with client projects and resolving network-related issues
- Assist in the implementation and migration of Windows Servers, as well as performing regular upgrades
- Manage and support virtualisation environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix
- Support Microsoft 365 and cloud environments including Azure and AWS
- Offer excellent customer service and occasional onsite support for client projects.

What Experience is Required

- A minimum of 3 years experience working within an MSP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with virtualisation technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V.

Basic salary up to £45,000
