Key responsibilities include configuring virtual machines, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and enforcing security protocols. Candidates should have third-line support experience, strong technical skills, and a passion for technology.

The Role:

• Support and optimise large-scale IT systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Set up and configure virtual machines, networks, and essential software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while providing exceptional user support.
• Enforce security protocols to protect our digital resources.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms such as VMware, HyperV or vSphere.
• Solid understanding of networking principles.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Experience working in a third-line support role with a focus on implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting IT systems.

Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL V4 Foundation, Microsoft Certified Server Associate, CCNA) are beneficial but not mandatory.
