Job Title: IT Support Team Lead

Remuneration: From 45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
• Manage day-to-day operations and handle escalated issues.
• Oversee internal IT projects and coordinate with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Foster a user-centric approach to customer service, identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor team performance metrics and oversee documentation and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a continuous improvement strategy.
• Ensure IT systems security and support the deployment of new services and software.
• Manage contract and licence compliance, while optimising technology partnerships.
