Technology Service Analyst

A great opportunity for an experienced Technical Analyst to join a large professional services organisation, at one of their main offices in Liverpool.
Role:

• Develop and maintain IT supplier relationships
• Support the Technical Services Manager with supplier management
• Liaise with IT suppliers to ensure SLAs are upheld
• Carry out service performance reporting
• Support IT leads with compliance and governance from a tech capacity
• Work with the product and transformation teams for reporting
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT services

Experience to succeed:

• Worked in a similar role previously
• A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services
• Proficiency in contract management and financial analysis
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrable experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
