The Opportunity: This is a customer-facing role where you'll lead the implementation of core modules and third-party applications, support Senior Consultants on projects, and serve as the first escalation point for helpdesk inquiries. Utilizing our Minimal Viable Product (MVP) methodology, you'll ensure clients are effectively set up on Business Central, paving the way for future enhancements as their needs evolve. You ll play a key role in documenting processes and fostering communication within the professional services team. We seek a team player who is adaptable, dedicated to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Ideally, you'll be near one of our Pax8 UK offices in Bristol, Farnborough, or Derby, but it's not a deal-breaker!
