Our client is looking for a technical Support Specialist, within their customer support team, to join their ever friendly and welcoming office environment. About you: Confident dealing with customers at a Senior level from IT Managers, Directors and more. In this role, you will provide expert support to business customers, ensuring seamless management of their mobile connections and any other telecommunications needs or matters. Are you someone with exceptional interpersonal skills? Who thrives in customer service and problem solving? Looking to come away from the call centre environment and conversion diallers? Essential experience: Previous experience in a customer support role in any industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple customer queries and prioritise tasks quickly and effectively. Proficiency in using CRM systems and telecom support tools. Able to pick up systems and processes quickly.
