| Description: | Head of IT Position: Head of IT Location: Shoreditch, London, United Kingdom Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Share Options + Excellent Benefits This technology startup began trading in 2016, offering a SaaS platform to major institutions in the medical field nationwide. To date, they have dominated the market with over 95% of their target customers now using their software. They have achieved Series B funding and have aggressive growth plans to further expand into new, global markets, with additional products. They currently employ around 250 members of staff and operate from their stunning central London office in Shoreditch. They are looking for a Head of IT to take full ownership of their IT Infrastructure and the engineers supporting it. Your role as Head of IT will see you responsible for all strategic decisions regarding their IT roadmap, management of all projects, delegation of tasks amongst the team of 4 engineers, and guiding the organisation in terms of vendor selection and how best to build out the infrastructure. Ultimately, you will be ensuring the availability, security, and continued development of all IT systems. You will also manage the budget, choosing where spend is required, whilst making sure your engineers are meeting the KPIs you set and performing to your expectations. They want somebody who can help support their growth as a leading Healthcare SaaS business whilst headcount and system use increases.
