My client is a leading IT Consultancy ibased in Manchester that are working on a Windows 11 Rollout Project for one of their Energy clients based in Stockport. They're looking for an experienced IT Deployment Engineer to join them on an initial 4-month contract to rollout the new software and provide after care support.

• IT Deployment Engineer (Windows0
• 170/day
• 4 months (initial contract)
• Stockport office (on-site)
• Monday - Friday

Tasks Include:

• Assisting with IT hardware & peripheral support.
• Configuration of hardware (laptops, desktops and mobile phones)
• Contribute to ongoing and new IT Projects in the UK and Europe
• Office IT hardware refreshes
• Software and application support
• Network support / Server support
• Cloud solutions, office 365 management
• IT Logistics and transportation

Technical Specifications:

• Network configuration experience
• Windows OS knowledge, experience with deployment
• Understanding of concepts such as WAN, LAN, Servers, Intranet, TCP/IP, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Office 365 support experience (Azure, exchange, SharePoint, Office Suite)
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues
• Understanding of AV software support and remote connection tools
• Knowledge of hardware imaging from pixie booting and bootable devices
