IT Support Officer

We are delighted to be working with one of Oxfords most forward-thinking and innovative employer who are looking for a Temporary IT Support Officer to proactively and efficiently provide high-quality service to the staff and students with any IT issues.

As the IT Support Officer you will be involved with:
. Advising on policies and procedures
. Dealing with any IT issues and informing of progress
. Setting up computers, installing software's and troubleshooting

The ideal candidate will have:
. Experience in IT Support
. Excellent communication skills
. Experience in using Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teams and Zoom
