About the Role
Our expanding client is looking for a skilled 3rd Line Support professional to manage and optimise their product offerings. You'll play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft technologies and high-traffic systems. If you're passionate about solving complex IT issues and ensuring seamless product performance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Optimise service desk processes to enhance ticket resolution.
Manage high-priority requests and collaborate with product teams for timely solutions.
Identify and automate operational inefficiencies, providing insights for product improvement.
Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Commercial teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with service desk tools and IT systems.
Proven ability to prioritise, manage time, and solve complex challenges.
