Software Engineering Lead

A growing finance company is seeking a Software Engineering Chapter Lead to build an internal development team and manage their processes and projects. The successful candidate will get to build up an internal team, will be working with other suppliers, define methodologies and processes, manage project delivery and coordinate with new resources.

The role requires 2 days per week in your closest of their 3 offices - Leeds, London or Milton Keynes.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years software development using Python
• Team leading and project management experience
• Excellent knowledge of Agile principles
• DevOps practices and tools

Offered:
- Salary between 80,000 - 100,000 based on experience
- 10% bonus
- 25 days holiday
