Solutions Analyst / Architect - End to End Solutions Analysis

3 Month Contract

Remote but travel when needed to client sites mainly around Crewe and Macclesfield

Day rate up to 320 PD Inside IR35, VIA Umbrella

A hybrid role with a mixture of business analyst and systems analyst skills. Ability to take a holistic view of any project, whilst considering system, process, customer and business options in trying to identify potential End to End solutions and improvements that can help to deliver project aims and objectives.

The role will require working across a broad range of functional areas which will include Integration between systems, amalgamation of data sources, new user functionality, customer experience enhancements, business process efficiency improvement and benefit realisation.

In meeting these requirements, the solution analyst will be required to work across both business and technical disciplines and will require previous significant knowledge and experience in the following areas. Service Improvement, Process design and development, Technical Solution design, System integrations and enhancements, Software Development, Data Analysis Database Design and benefit Models.

The main duties of a solutions analyst are:

• Stakeholder engagement and subsequent development of a functional requirements specification

• Analyse and map all relevant business processes and IT requirements to develop and end to Solution

• Research any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organisational mandates.

• Define, Design solutions that will deliver programme objectives working against an agreed set of requirements, architecture and business/operational

• Take part in the development and deployment phases of the End to End solution deliveries ensuring adherence to solution objectives.

• Play an active part in the solution post-delivery activities including monitoring of solution deliverables.

• Report to business stakeholders and project governance throughout the solution lifecycle.
