Senior ServiceNow Developer We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with teams to improve processes, enhance system performance, and support the ServiceNow platform's core modules.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps and integrations.
Configure and manage modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Employee Center, and Integration Hub.
Troubleshoot issues, perform system maintenance, and optimize performance.
Work with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
Create and maintain technical documentation and train users when needed.
Must-Have Skills
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and API integrations (REST, SOAP).
Experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Employee Center, and Integration Hub.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL v4 qualified.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ITOM, CSM, or SPM modules.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other ServiceNow certifications.
