Infrastructure Consultant

Working within the pre-sales team with a focus on Server, Storage and Backup. Uncovering organisations technical challenges at a strategic level, building end-to-end solutions

Base Salary upto - 52,000- 66,750K - OTE ( 69- 89K)

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Consultative with a ability to uncover customer challenges
  • Early engagement with customers in selling servers, storage and backup solution
  • Provide expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving servers, storage and backup solution.
  • Understand and gather customer requirements and offer complete & cost-effective solutions
  • Assess, design and present end-to-end hybrid infrastructure solutions, centred on moving traditional infrastructure to the cloud and/or hybrid environments.
  • Continuously learn and certify against key vendors within Hybrid Infrastructure such as Veeam, HPE, DELL, Microsoft Azure, VMWare ect
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and surrounding service partners

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role (i.e. Presales/consultant/engineer)
  • Exposure to infrastructure services and legacy transitions
  • Experience in recommending and designing solutions
  • Certifications in Azure, core infrastructure and virtualisation would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of our strategic vendors solutions and offerings
