Senior UI / UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join an innovative and growing organisation expanding its technology and design team. If you're passionate about shaping user experiences and have a strong background in design, this role is for you!

Preferred:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with AB/MVT testing and performance analytics.
• Team leadership and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Refine designs with cross-functional teams.
• Perform UX audits and ensure a seamless experience.
• Conduct user research, define hypotheses, and map journeys.
• Present findings to internal teams.
• Develop prototypes and lead discovery sessions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in UX/UI design and user research.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Knowledge of usability testing and Agile/Lean UX.
• Bachelor's in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience with personas, empathy maps, and journey mapping.
