This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless configuration and deployment of PCs and laptops for various clients across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• PC and Laptop Builds: Assemble and configure PCs and laptops based on client specifications, ensuring each build meets exacting standards and performance requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of hardware and software to guarantee reliability and performance before deployment.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all builds, including specifications, configurations, and testing results.
• Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory of components and peripherals to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues that arise during the build process.
• Adherence to Timescales: Work within set timescales and SLAs to ensure timely delivery of builds, without compromising on quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to continually improve build processes and solutions.
