The Role:
This role will focus on their finance team, which is embarking on the exciting journey of building a new product designed to enhance performance and drive results for investment companies.
As a .Net Technical Lead, you will spearhead the technical direction of this new product, working collaboratively with a dynamic team of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a ground-up project with the backing of a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of a new finance-focused product for investment performance optimisation.
  • Define and implement technical strategies and best practices for the product lifecycle.
  • Architect scalable and secure solutions using .Net technologies.
  • Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a .Net Technical Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities.
  • Expertise in .Net Core, C#, and cloud-based development (Azure preferred).
  • Strong understanding of database systems such as SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous exposure to the financial or investment sectors is a plus.
  • Experience with React and Typescript is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must be based in the UK and have the right to work (no visa sponsorship).
