IT Development Manager

If so we are representing a leading organisation that is seeking an experienced IT Development Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions.

The Role

• Lead and manage the UK Application Technology team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring efficient workflows and meeting service level agreements.
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing support, development, and project demands.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Embed best practices for D365 implementation and maintenance while supporting strategic technology initiatives.
• Hybrid with 3 days a week on the Basingstoke site

The Candidate

• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 services and solutions, including integration within the Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Azure).
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing technical teams.
• Highly organized with a track record of delivering within development and project life cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Business acumen with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
