UX Designer

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who's end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a UX Designer on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage user testing make product improvements

Key Skills:

• Ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations through compelling narratives and storytelling
• IVR (Interactive voice response) experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Digital transformation background
• Telecommunications background (Essential)
• Experience with Avaya and Genesys (Essential)
