2nd Line IT Support Technician Chester 34000 - 36000
Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal staff. Provide in depth technical support for users via phone email and remote desktop sessions Monitor and maintain system health Log track and manage incidents and service requests using the ticketing system. Install and configure software ensuring compatibility with existing systems Provide support for hardware, including repairs replacements or upgrades Assist with user account creation, password resets and permissions
Experience Required: Windows 10/11 Active Directory O365 TCP/IP DNS/DHCP VPNs ITSM - Service Now, JIRA etc AV's Veeam/Acronis VMWare/Hyper-V
