We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our operations data team. In this role, you will be focusing on creating and maintaining a reporting suite focusing on Operational areas of NHS (eScript) business. This role will play a crucial part in analysing and interpreting data across multiple sites and working with multiple teams. What's in it for you? Analyse operational data to derive actionable insights that support business growth and enhance site performance Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and site metrics Analyse the existing operational procedures and identify opportunities for enhancing them to increase the service offered to customers Provide operational forecasts for any new changes and report the finding to any area of the business that may be impacted Create dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively and translate complex data into actionable business strategies for cross-functional teams Present data-driven findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between data and actionable strategy in a clear and compelling way Analyse variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends to inform future strategies Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing best practices in data governance and management Who are we looking for? Bachelors' or masters' degree in related field Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines within company and ethical rules and regulations Numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills IT literate with working knowledge of MS office suite - Excel intermediate Experience within healthcare sector would be advantageous Experience working in marketing analytics or customer growth, with a clear understanding of campaign mechanics would be advantageous.
