• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networking platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Create and deliver detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and manage client licenses, ensuring system compliance and efficiency.

• Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft environments and virtualization technologies (e.g., VDI, Citrix, VMware).
• Strong knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS) and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
