ICT Support Engineer

Are you passionate about technology and skilled in delivering exceptional IT support? We are looking for an ICT Support Engineer, you will deliver technical support to school pupils and staff, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of technology.

Responsibilities in your new role

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Maintaining and upgrading IT equipment, including servers, computers, and network devices.

• Managing networks, including WiFi systems, routers, and switches.

• Deploying and supporting software applications, including Office 365, Windows Server.
  

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as an ICT Technician, IT Technician, IT Support Technician, IT Engineer, ICT Engineer, or in a similar role.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing IT support.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and software.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platform.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and WiFi access points.
