2nd Line Support Oxfordshire - 32K

My client, an MSP based in Oxfordshire, are looking for a 2ndLine Support to join their team.

The role will involve provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers and possible training of end-users where necessary. MSP experience is advantageous and previous IT experience is required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and support client accounts effectively
• Provide networking assistance and resolve general helpdesk inquiries
• Occasional travel to client sites to deliver on-site support

Skills Required:

• Strong networking expertise including work with routers and switches
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server
• Experience with Hyper-V or VMware
• Work with both on-prem and cloud infrastructure, e.g. Azure
