| Description: | Software Engineer Team Leader (TypeScript, React, AWS) Full Time Paying £60K Permanent Manchester, Remote/Hybrid Options (1 day per month Office based applicants need to be no further than 1 hour 30 minutes drive away) Our client is looking to recruit a Software Engineer Team Leader. As a Software Engineering Team Leader, you will supervise and manage a team of 3-4 software engineers, ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will foster an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, managing workloads and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations. Your role involves setting clear team goals, and actively contributing to the development of both people and practices, and responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This is a hands-on development roe (75% of your time) and Team Leading (25% of your time). Key responsibilities of the Software Engineer Team Leader:
