Salary - 80,000 - 95,000

An industry-leading organisation in the Hampshire area is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the team at an exciting time of growth and transformation.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in the following:

• Developing clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns, ensuring the development team adopts this.
• Highly experienced in driving team performance and continuous improvement
• A strong general aptitude for programming and problem-solving.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.JS, and SQL Server.
• Experience working with mature DevOps practices and can deep dive into the code when needed.
• Experience with automated testing and QA.
• Experience in building secure systems and implementing security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
