Description:	Content Designer Remote Contract 3 Month Initial Contract 450- 500pd Active SC Clearance is Essential We are currently seeking a talented Content Designer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our existing service offerings by conducting thorough Discovery work. Your contributions will ensure that our products meet user needs while evolving to incorporate virtual solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Discovery work to identify gaps or issues in the current service offerings, ensuring they continue to meet user needs. Implement user-centred design principles to review service feedback since launch, providing insightful research that informs design decisions. Develop content and service design strategies aimed at making our services available to overseas customers. Create and prioritise backlog tickets that establish a solid foundation and enablers for ongoing development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall project goals and user needs. Advocate for users throughout the design process by incorporating their feedback into service enhancements.
