We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to lead the design and delivery of integration design standards and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing complex integration projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our integration standards, policies, and processes are created, along with a delivery model for a centre of excellence that is efficient and compliant with industry best practises.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of integration design standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Lead the design of integration standards, guidelines, and best practises to ensure consistency and quality across all integration projects.
  • Develop and implement policies to govern integration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with integration projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and performance of integration solutions.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and other communications to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on integration projects and design standards.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, tools, and methodologies. Experience with API management, data integration tools, and middleware platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Tibco, IBM WMB, Oracle SOA, Webmethods, Azure Integration, Enterprise Application Integration, APIs, RESTFul webservices etc.
