As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing and developing high-performing recruitment projects, taking ownership of a warm desk while also expanding our client base. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor
- Leading the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing the interview and offer process
- Taking a proactive approach to new business development and client acquisition
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth
- Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients
- Identifying market trends and leveraging insights to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates
- Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of success, ideally in the technology or engineering sectors
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to placing top talent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience mentoring or managing junior consultants is a plus
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and job boards
