Senior Support Engineer GPIC/SAGE required to join a global brand in the UK on a 12 month contract, to support, manage and administer their GPIC and SAGE systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer the GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users
Implement system upgrades and enhancements
Analyse system performance and make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with other IT team members on system integration projects
Requirements:
Extensive experience working with GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
Proven experience within support functions (ASM)
Strong technical skills in system administration and maintenance
