Role Overview

As a Trainee IT Support professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include supporting users, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the maintenance of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support queries from colleagues, both remotely and on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with setting up user accounts, devices, and applications.
• Help maintain and manage IT equipment, such as laptops, printers, and office devices.
• Learn and adhere to IT support processes and industry best practices.
• Accurately document technical issues, resolutions, and updates in the helpdesk system.
• Support the IT team with projects and technical improvements.

Skills & Attributes

• No prior IT experience required, but a strong interest in technology is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude to learning.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
