We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and support clients in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions. As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation:

  • As a SuccessFactors Consultant, design and configure SuccessFactors solutions
  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Ensure SuccessFactors configurations align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

• Client Consultation:

  • Engage with stakeholders as a SuccessFactors Consultant to gather requirements, address business challenges, and recommend tailored SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training to showcase system functionality and advise on best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on how the modules can be optimized for client needs.

• Configuration and Support:

  • Configure SuccessFactors modules according to client needs, including data migration, integration, and customization.
  • Troubleshoot complex configuration issues, offering immediate support as a SuccessFactors Consultant during and after implementation.
  • Document all configurations and provide comprehensive knowledge transfer to client teams.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the SuccessFactors solution functions as intended.
  • Identify and resolve defects quickly, ensuring a smooth deployment of SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Continuously monitor system performance, recommending ongoing improvements as a SuccessFactors Consultant.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical SuccessFactors solutions.
• Experience in full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and data migration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, essential for a SuccessFactors Consultant role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules is preferred but not mandatory.
• Collaborative approach, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
