Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking. The role is open for the Edinburgh, Manchester or London offices. The typical office attendance for this team is 1-2 times/week; there is flexibility around remote working for the ideal candidate. Purpose of the Role: Our client, a major UK Retail Bank, are undergoing a new initiative to uplift and improve their comms across the organisation. As part of this programme of work they will be creating a centralised repository for all communications as a replacement for their existing disjointed paper-based processes. Your role will be to work on this new initiative by collaborating with stakeholders across the bank alongside solution designers and architects to gather requirements, define what this product could look like and drive those requirements across the product life cycle.
