Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the local IT team in technical operations and administration.
• Manage and enhance IT infrastructure (VMware ESXi, Windows Servers, Cisco networking).
• Ensure high availability of IT systems in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Prioritize security and implement robust IT security measures.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and lead infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years managing teams.
• Strong expertise in VMware, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Cisco networking.
• Proven track record in maintaining reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
