About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Solution Architect to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will take charge of delivering robust and scalable solution designs and architectures for Genesys projects, ensuring they align with business needs and industry best practices. Working in a hybrid model, you will be based at either our London (Canary Wharf) or Sheffield (near Sheffield Station) offices, with the flexibility of remote work for three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive solution architectures for Genesys.

• Create and implement integration designs tailored to meet specific business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and develop fit-for-purpose solutions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards in solution delivery.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record as a Solution Architect, with substantial experience in Genesys projects.

• Hands-on expertise in solution design and implementation.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for enterprise environments.
